2) Borneo Marine Research Institute, Sabah
Ausin Group conducted a courtesy visit to Borneo Marine Research Institute (BMRI) to hold preliminary discussions on a potential joint venture (JV) focusing on the commercial farming of grouper, seahorse, and lobster.
The discussion explored collaborative opportunities in breeding, sustainable aquaculture practices, and market expansion, leveraging BMRI’s research expertise and Ausin Group’s commercial capabilities. As part of the visit, the team also toured BMRI’s aquaculture facilities and research farm, gaining valuable insights into breeding technology, hatchery management, and species growth optimization.
