1) MOU Signing among Ausin Group, FuJian HaiXia Research Institute of Architechtural Design and Planning & HuaMin Digital Intelligence, and GQ Marine Construction Sdn. Bhd.

On June 1, 2024, Ausin Group, FuJian HaiXia Research Institute of Architechtural Design and Planning, and HuaMin Digital Intelligence signed an MoU at Ausin Group's headquarter to develop Malaysia’s first "Marine and Fisheries Economic Zone," a MYR 1.2 billion project integrating port development, aquaculture, fishery transportation, product processing, and cold chain logistics across Kedah Port and Langkawi.

The initiative, supported by Malaysia’s Department of Fisheries, will also establish the China-Malaysia Marine Fisheries Innovation Center, promoting sustainable aquaculture and technology exchange. A separate four-party MoU was signed with GQ Marine Construction Sdn. Bhd. (Kedah), witnessed by Kedah government officials and industry leaders, further strengthening China-Malaysia fisheries cooperation.

2) MOU Signing between Ausin Group and Xiamen Ocean Vocational College

 

To further implement the “Belt and Road” initiative, an MOU between Ausin Group and Xiamen Ocean Vocational College has been inked on 4th November 2024 to collaborate in establishing the “Silky Road Academy of Modern Fisheries Maritime” in Kedah, Malaysia.

3) FuJian-Malaysia Marine Economy Industry Collaboration Dialogue

On 30th July 2024, the FuJian HaiXia Research Institute of Architechtural Design and Planning has organised the "FuJian-Malaysia Marine Economy Industry Collaboration Dialogue" at FuZhou, FuJian Province, China. Multiple parties has invited to jointly participate the dialogue included the Malaysia Kedah State Government, Invest Kedah Berhad, Ausin Group, the Foreign Cooperation Department together with the Fisheries and Quality Supervision Department from Sciences and technology Department of FuJian Province, HuaMin Digital Intelligence, the HongDong Fisheries as well as the other government and corporate units.

4) International Symposium on Modern Fishery Engineering Construction

The signing of the Kedah Marine and Fisheries Economic Zone construction contract marks a major milestone in the institute's “Technology Going Global” strategy and its support for Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) countries. As collaboration on fisheries innovation and the full industry chain continues deepen, this strategy is set to become a new growth driver for high-quality fisheries development. The institute remains committed in strengthening international cooperation and advancing the global marine economy.

5) Strategic Partnership with HongDong Fishery: Advancing Marine Farming & Global Seafood Trade
